This is up to you. It can depend on the number of features and your fitness level. Take two, three, possibly four laps around the outdoor obstacle course, or break off for some sprints - it's all up to you. We recommend setting goals that align with your training regime to see results.
What is the minimum equipment required?
Five different activities will ensure you cover the basics! Balance, jumping, crawling, climbing and overhead exercises are required for a solid outdoor obstacle course experience.
How many people can participate at the same time?
