Case details
The climbing tower encourages social play
Gardenfield National School is a large school in Tuam, Galway which required a play area for all ages attending the school to be able to enjoy.
Colourful equipment and wetpour safety surfacing was installed in 2022 and will be enjoyed for years to come by all children. To add to the play area the school arranged a mural to be painted on the wall behind the play area.
The play area provides a safe, challenging area for all ages to enjoy.
The Play Tower with Banister Bars sustains play with opportunities for children to move their bodies by climbing, stretching, and sliding. The structure motivates children by providing variety and graduated challenges in climbing and
navigating the tower and net while younger children will enjoy the play panel and sandbox which both encourage social and imaginative play.
