There are a variety of levels and play activities, where the children can climb, crawl, bounce and slide until they are worn out. A huge net bridge connects to the center mast and net climber, to keep a lookout for new lands to discover. The ship is made of Robinia timber, which provides an organic structure, that can either blend into or stand out from your surroundings. Quality that lasts
All organic Robinia products by KOMPAN are made of Robinia wood which is sourced from sustainable plantation farms. On request it can be supplied as FSC® Certified (FSC® C004450).
The paint used for coloured components is water-based, which is environmentally friendly and has excellent UV resistance. The paint is compliant with Australian Standards.
The Robinia products come in a number of standard colour options. The wood can also be supplied as untreated or with brown painted with a pigment that maintains the wood colour.
Corocord 16mm ropes are special 'Hercules'-type with galvanised four-stranded steel wires and a steel wire core. Each strand is tightly wrapped with PES yarn, which is melted onto individual strand. The ropes are hard wearing and vandalism resistant and are easy to replace for any given site.
The stainless steel slides with one piece slide bed are made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304.
Corocord membranes consist of friction-proof rubberised material of conveyor belt quality with excellent UV resistance. Tested and compliant with REACH requirements for PAH. Embedded is a four-layered armouring made of woven polyester. The armouring and the two surface layers result in a total thickness of 7.5 mm.
