Cave bridge
Physical
crawling in the cave bridge net develops cross-body coordination, proprioception and spatial awareness.
Social-Emotional
cooperation and socializing with others in and around the net, turn-taking.
The Agility Trail 3 is a challenge that children of ages 6 to 12 will want to take on. The variation in hanging, crawling, and balancing activities will make children come back, again and again, to test their abilities while having fun! The activities exercise upper body strength, coordination, and balance. It is also a great course for confidence building, or simply playing 'Don't touch the ground'. It is made of natural Robinia timber, which provides an organic structure that can either blend into or stand out from your surroundings. Children can touch and feel the timber while playing, observing how nature inspiration interacts with the built environment.
Play value is the value gained from play, the value that makes the child 'want' or developmentally 'need' to undertake the activity and thus gives the play item holding power. Play value can be described very precisely in developmental terms, looking into the human physical, cognitive, social and emotional developmental stages.

The overall framework applied for these factors is the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), which quantifies "environmental information on the life cycle of a product and enables comparisons between products fulfilling the same function" (ISO, 2006). This follows the structure and applies a Life-Cycle Assessment approach to the entire Product stage, from raw material through manufacturing (A1-A3).
