Built for city of towers

Tallinn is Europe’s most maintained medieval town, and with its many castles, they wanted something to match the theme of the Estonian capital. What they got was a custom-made 10-meter Robinia castle from KOMPAN. The castle is the biggest KOMPAN Robinia castle in the world and a truly remarkable playground that fits perfectly into the city of towers. For everyone involved it was a great success seeing the castle come to life, as the size of it made it impossible to assemble the different elements inside the factory. Therefore, the big puzzle had to wait until the building process in Tallinn started.

A playground that wows both parents and children alike!

The castle WOWs both parents and children with its massive size and all the possibilities for hours of play. It has many different elements that make it possible for children of different ages to play on it.

The wooden castle themed playground invites dramatic play where young knights and princesses can invade the castle using the banister bar or climbing nets leading up to the tower. When they reach the very top, a tummy-tickling ride down the big slide awaits!

The nature playground challenges physical skills like cross-coordination, balance, and spatial awareness with the inclusion of items like kid obstacle course equipment. Social-emotional skills are also supported through play, like cooperation and language development.
