The Dragon Fort
Improvement works to Romano Park in Ingleby Barwick were completed on time and to the budget. The project includes a unique, 'dragon fort' feature, which is the first of its kind and designed specifically for Romano Park. The Dragon Fort is absolutely packed with play value and unique play experiences, it is providing the park a real sense of place. Inspiration came from the children from the local primary schools who produced the ideas themselves. Constructed from highly durable ROBINIA Hardwood, it is sure to be a success for many years to come.
"It's great to see the plans for Romano Park become a reality so that the Borough’s young people and their families can enjoy the open space and play equipment in a safe environment.”
Councillor Jim Beall, Mayor of Stockton-on-Tees
Imaginative Play
Each Robinia wooden castle playground is a haven for imaginative play, where young princes and princesses can explore every nook and cranny, battle dragons, and rescue damsels in distress. Playing in a make-believe world alongside friends helps develop social and cognitive abilities, as well as enabling kids to hone their creative skills. A wooden playground castle is like stepping into a real-life fairytale, where the fun is limitless.
