design idea of outdoor fitness equipment for rehabilitation

Outdoor Fitness for Rehabilitation & Injury Prevention

The Injury Prevention Zone is ideal for anyone who wants to train for health and injury prevention, or to help rehabilitate after an injury or illness.

The solution focuses on three key elements: cardio, outdoor strength training machines, and mobility. For each of the selected categories, the equipment is based on controlled and safe movements and adjustable resistance. This means that people with injuries, disabilities, or other ailments can exercise effectively at their own level. For people with low physical capacity, it is also important that the solution is designed to be inviting and to make the users feel confident.

DESIGN IDEA IS FOR CONCEPTUAL PURPOSE ONLY.
